If you require assessment of potential new hires or existing drivers within in your workforce, Moover can handle this on-site for you. Our RTITB LGV Instructors are able to conduct focused assessments of your drivers. The criteria against which we assess will be agreed with you. Upon completion of the assessment you will be provided with feedback and we can provide remedial training to the delegates in areas in which they failed to meet the minimum criteria.
If you've not considered driver assessments, it may be worth discussing with your insurance providers to see if they offer discounts when staff skills are independently assessed. For companies maintaining records for ISO 9001 certification, driver assessment will be essential and our report can be used to satisfy a staff training audit.
Alternatively, the Driver CPC practical half module if selected will not only count towards CPC training, but Moover will include an assessment as part of the CPC day. If choosing this option, remember it is compulsory to complete a block of 7 hours CPC training within 24 hours for it to be counted. A maximum of 2 candidates to 1 trainer can be accomdated in practical CPC training/driver assessments.
